CTP was founded in 1998. It has its headquarters and its first premium industrial park in Humpolec. Building on its success in this strategic location outside Prague, CTP aimed to develop regional cities such as Brno, Ostrava and Pilsen, among others. At the end of 2019, CTP’s portfolio of industrial and office properties comprised over 5.8 million m2 of leasable space.
