A2 East Warsaw Park is a logistics park located east of the center of Warsaw, only 24 km away. The project is located in the immediate vicinity of the “Stary Konik” junction and near the A2 motorway under construction. As part of Panattoni A2 East Warsaw Park, three halls with a total area of approximately 88,000 m2 were built. In A-class buildings, it is possible to flexibly shape production and warehouse space, which will satisfy the requirements of customers from various industries. The facilities will also be certified in the BREEAM system at the “Very Good” level.
